Deputy Chief

Deputy Chief Guetschow has been with the department since June of 2003 and he was promoted to Deputy Chief in May of 2023. Deputy Chief Guetschow oversees the administrative division, which includes department policy and procedures, personnel, fiscal management, records, compliance, and training. Deputy Chief Guetschow is a graduate of Carthage College and he attended the Illinois State Police Academy. Deputy Chief Guetschow previously worked as a patrol officer, school resource officer, and held other specialty positions within the department.
