Rhythm of the Heart Music Festival

The City of Loves Park invites residents and visitors to join us for the 4th Annual Rhythm of the Heart Music Festival on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the Loves Park Festival Grounds located east of City Hall at 100 Heart Boulevard. This free community event runs from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with festival grounds opening at noon, and features a full day of live music, family entertainment, food vendors, local artisans, community organizations, and a spectacular fireworks finale.
The Rhythm of the Heart Music Festival has become one of Loves Park's signature summer events, bringing together thousands of attendees to celebrate community, music, and local pride. Guests can enjoy performances throughout the day, browse local vendor booths, visit food trucks, explore the classic car show, and participate in family-friendly activities designed for all ages.
The Loves Park Police Department is proud to participate in this annual celebration. Festival attendees are encouraged to stop by and meet officers, learn about department programs, view police equipment, and connect with members of the department in a fun and relaxed setting.
One of the festival's most anticipated attractions is the Loves Park Police Department K-9 Demonstration at 5:00 PM, where visitors can watch our highly trained police dogs and handlers showcase the skills and teamwork that help keep our community safe. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet K-9 Blitz and K-9 Koal and learn more about the department's K-9 Unit.
